Insurance Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the company’s insurance solutions. They provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers, and provide support to clients by responding to insurance transaction queries. An Insurance Operations Administrator plays an important role in day-to-day operational support. Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation) Contributes to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives Adheres to Company policies and performance standards Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
