Shweta is an Executive IT Architect with IBM Global Business Services, India. She is having 18+ yrs of experience in Architecting, Designing Integration & providing Cloud based solutions, of which major part of career with IBM ie 14+ years. She has extensive experience in defining architectures, design & implementation of complex engagements across the globe.In her current role, as the Chief Architect for Mainframe and Application Cloud Modernization, she leads to define and deliver modernization solutions for clients globally across sectors to Multi-hybrid cloud.In her previous role, as the Sr. Lead Architect - Migration factory for Cloud Application Services, she specializes in designing & migrating client applications to hybrid cloud solutions for clients in as-a service based models leveraging public, private, PaaS and third party SaaS services and integrating with on-premise enterprise, legacy applications & components. She works with global solutioning teams on various RFI/RFP responses in the area of Predictive Analytics and Optimization, Internet Of Things, cloud assessments & migration solutions based on as-a service consumption based model.Over the last 8+ years, she has specialized in architecting, designing & implementing solutions for Integration of process & data integration for large transformation initiatives based on BPM, SOA & EAI for IT Systems (Custom & COTS).She has worked across industry domains such as Electronics, Telco, Industrial (Manufacturing, Chemical & Petroleum, Mining), Consumer banking.Previous roles: Sr developer, Sr, Technical Lead, Associate Architect, Advisory Architect.As a senior technical leader, she has driven various technical vitality initiatives in emerging areas of Cloud, Big Data and APIs for the technical community of architects. She also very passionately mentors for technical IT Architect profession.
