Job Description: Effectively leading strategy, planning, execution and analysis for the media planning team that manages promo planning across their owned & operated TV channels in Kids & Infotainment GenreKey task- Under the cluster, I head the planning & strategy for the entire network encompassing kids & Factual Channels with over 14 channels in the network. • Media strategy and planning for home network across premium and kids clusters• Creative selection and prioritization based on in depth analysis of BARC data • Performance mapping of home network promotions with Marketing head on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis • Conversion data mapping for performance of creatives on the home network • Target promo reach planning for new launches and sustenance shows based on promo conversion data and past benchmarking • Competitive mapping of home network promotions for kids and premium network • Optimisation of content & break architecture that maximizes viewership flow bearing guidelines, competitive mapping, timeline and priorities.• Work directly with the Marketing team to create and optimize media plans and achieve channel targets.• Lead cross functional collaboration with Content, Creative Services, Consumer Insights & other teams to ensure proper execution of media plans (including issues relating to promo material delivery, scheduling and transmission log delivery etc.) • Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Marketing, Content etc. to track internal & competitor channel performance of Promo GRP and arrive at actionable insights
