Being Head of School Initiatives, Content Development & Training on various Learning theories like Montessori, Waldorf, and Piaget, the role also includes Academic and consulting support to the Franchise Schools, training on Montessori, and other educational tools, and facilitating the Teachers. The objective is to change the teaching methodology and make it more child-centric with the help of the development of learning tools for hands-on learning. Consulting support for projects from different organizations (Aga Khan Foundation - Content For Training of Asha Workers highlighting the importance of first days in Early Childhood Care)• Spearheaded the design and delivery of capacity-building strategies, aligning programs with the organization’s mission and objectives.• Collaborate with teachers to identify learning needs and gaps, define desired outcomes, & provide recommendations for effective learning pedagogy• Provide functional expertise & assist with the development and validation of training materials, learner engagement strategies, and assessment plan.• Delivered webinars, and on-site training sessions, usinginteractive methods to increase participant engagement and knowledge retention.• Coordinate with partner organizations on ECE planning, implementation, and monitoring• Guide the teachers in developing academic designs and materials (workbooks, charts, play materials, as per state contexts and NCF-FS guidelines.Master Trainer by NCVET (Skill India ) for the programme-Pre-School and Day Care Facilitator
