About Shweta Dixit
The various jobs I had prior to graduating from Virginia Tech with my Master\'s degree, provided me with invaluable skills that I have carried with me and continued to build upon such as time management, adjusting to a diverse array of customers and ensuring their positive experience, and most importantly being able to function independently and take initiative when needed but also being able to collaborate and effectively work within a team to achieve a common goal. With these skills and experiences plus the knowledge I obtained through my studies at Virginia Tech, I was able to quickly adapt to the new remote work-environment when I began my post-graduate career at KPMG in September 2020. Throughout my time at KPMG, I have primarily worked within the Securitization Group on the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Team which has further enhanced my financial data analytical skills tremendously. Additionally, I volunteered to worked with the KPMG Environmental Social Governance (ESG) team which bolstered my knowledge and interest in the various frameworks and standards like SASB, TCFD, GRI and CDP.
