About Shweta Ambre
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Speed Engineering Solutions, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various engineering roles. I work with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the requirements, design the recruitment strategy, and deliver the best candidates. I also contribute to the development and implementation of the company\'s talent acquisition policies and practices, ensuring compliance, diversity, and inclusion. I have been in this role since July 2023, after working as a Consultant for the same company for a year. Prior to joining Speed, I was an Executive at the Training and Placement Office of VJTI, one of the leading engineering colleges in India. There, I coordinated and facilitated the campus recruitment process, liaised with industry partners, and supported the students in their career development. I gained valuable experience and skills in HR, recruiting, interviewing, communication, and relationship management during my 3.5 years of service. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, one of the most prestigious business schools in India. I expect to graduate in December 2024. I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women\'s University, where I majored in Human Resources. I am passionate about finding and nurturing the best talent for the engineering sector, and helping them grow and thrive in their careers. I am also committed to learning and enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field of HR and business management. I am fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams.
