o Independently drafted, reviewed and led negotiations with internal and external stakeholders for closure of Project documents and Commercial Contracts of value totaling INR crores (approx.) for the Renewable Energy Power Projects in India. o Project Documents drafted/reviewed/negotiated include – EPC (Solar EPC Contracts with Tata Power Solar Systems Limited, Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy Limited, Amara Raja Infra Private Limited, Wind EPC contracts such as foundation Contract, Wind Balance of plant contracts, etc, O&M contracts (Vestas, Suzlon, Envision MW, etc,), Term sheets, Power Purchase Agreements, Power Evacuation Agreements (Pooling substation, EHV lines), Forecasting agreements, etc. for various projects in our portfolio. o Commercial contracts drafted/reviewed/negotiated include –Supply/procurement agreements including WTG Contracts with OEMs (Vestas, Suzlon, Envision MW, etc,), Module Supply Agreements with vendors (First Solar, Risen Energy Co Ltd, Longi Hong Kong Trading Limited, etc,), Transformer Supply Agreements, Logistics, erection & installation contracts (Sarens Heavy Lift India Private Limited, Sanghvi Movers Limited, etc.) NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Licensing Agreements, leave and license agreements, etc.o Drafted letters, notices, and replies.o Provided legal and regulatory advice on various matters including but not limited to operational compliances, disputes, etc.o Cross functional support – provided legal advisory and contracting support to HR, finance, administrative, procurement, operations and logistics teams.o Conducted due diligence exercises for determining the company’s exposure under Contracts and commercial documents for developing risk mitigation strategies.
