I\'ve worked in People Operations and HR Technology focused roles for 3+ years, helping organizations improve the way they manage, support, and engage their people. Over this time, I\'ve developed a real interest in HR tech and people analytics, and really enjoy finding ways to make data and systems work better together. I have been fortunate to work on a wide assortment of projects in my career, engaging with various stakeholders at all levels both within and external to my organization. So far I have- Built interactive dashboards to streamline reporting using Excel and Power BI- Implemented HRIS modules to streamline employee/contractor onboarding processes- Led rollouts for various tools related to benefits, time tracking, and HRIS to enhance employee experience- Led access reviews in various ERP tools, aligning permission sets to HRIS profiles- Automated employee programs via the Power Platform to increase employee engagement- Streamlined various HR/Workforce processes to reduce manual administration and increase productivity.My current focus is on further growing my technical and HR expertise to drive better outcomes.
