As an Image Coach with the Institute of Personality and Image Management (IPIM), I design and deliver structured Employability and Image Management training programs for students of Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech) and Management (MBA) across leading institutions Like NSEC, TechnoIndia Group, IIT Guwahati etc.My training interventions focus on enhancing students’ professional image, communication, confidence, and corporate readiness, helping them transition smoothly from campus to career.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Trained students from engineering and management disciplines across multiple colleges in West Bengal and Eastern India.Conducted employability and image enhancement workshops covering communication, interview techniques, body language, grooming, and professional etiquette.Designed customized placement readiness modules aligned with recruiter expectations and corporate standards.Guided students in developing executive presence, first impression skills, and self-presentation techniques for interviews and group discussions.Partnered with college placement cells to improve student performance in campus recruitment drives, resulting in measurable increases in placement readiness and confidence.Integrated soft skills, personality development, and image management principles to help learners build a holistic professional identity.
