We adopt the design thinking method to identify the design challenges and utilize the technique of empathy to develop tools for design engagement. Sometimes the innovation embeds within the architectural spatial and technical quality or builds capacity for any community. However, in both cases, the resultant brings a new way of thinking to the design problem and delivers unique design ideas to the clients.
