New York based Deals Partner and leader of the capital markets pharma sector team for the U.S. Over 25 years of experience advising both corporate as well as private equity clients in mergers & acquisitions, exits and financial advisory. Over the past 20 years, I have been active in the capital markets deal environment advising on m&a, carve-outs, divestitures, spin-offs, private placements and equity and debt offerings, in industries ranging from pharma, health services, consumer, technology and media. My expertise covers the full range of unique SEC and US GAAP financial reporting requirements associated with a financing or divestiture transaction. I am also often involved in providing post-transaction accounting advisory services to newly acquired private equity portfolio company\'s or new public SEC registrants or divested entities needing support for periods through the financing and divestiture. My experience includes assisting financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and non-public deals ranging in size from $50 million to over $80 billion encompassing both domestic and international markets. My pharma/life science experience includes biopharma, branded and generics manufacturers, speciality pharma, biosimilars, biotechnology, drug delivery, CRO’s, CSO’s, OTC and Medical Devices & Diagnostics.Prior to joining PwC, I had 4 years of operational experience in private industry in various finance roles that included controllership in the U.S. and India
