Upstream Oil & Gas construction management experience acquired over 9 years career in Oman and India. Initial career exposure to Neev infra and my present employment in the leading Oil & Gas contractor in Oman, has greatly enhanced my accomplishment of a sound career background in EPC & EMC project management. Currently working in STS-Oman as a Civil Construction Engineer-Lead and having Oil and Gas experience in multiple sector such as skywalk project, 132KV,33KV,11KV power station constructions, Storage tank construction etc, holding Construction Engineer approval from PDO and driving license from PDO(SHIEDA) and ROP. I am an approved Lifting AP too. I was done my B. Tech in Civil Engineering completed with 92.21%. and completed PGD in Operational Management. Specialities:Define,Assess,Manage & Implement KPI to drive team performance towards achieving project objectives. Articulating, realising and implementing project execution strategies, undertaking tasks on project resource coordination and issues management of multidisciplinary teams for engineering procurement and construction efforts as well as client and subcontractor interface management FEED design to project close out, in line with prescribed best practice methodologies
