Volunteered to design and build a mini data warehouse consolidating raw legacy data from three disparate source systems, an Oracle SQL Plus spool file, a semicolon-delimited customer export, and a credit reference table. Performed full ETL process to clean, parse, and normalize data into structured datasets, then built a self-contained browser-based search interface with authentication, live search, and real-time highlighting across 12,599 records.• Identified and resolved a critical FileZilla-to-Billtrust sync failure preventing customer discounts from populating correctly, causing all customer orders to process at $0. Issue had been live for 3 days at end of month with an estimated $250K exposure. Recovered and reconciled data across both platforms to restore correct discount records and resume normal order processing.• Diagnosed and restored database connectivity for on-prem SQL Server instances post-hybrid migration; rebuilt configuration files for ERP and reporting platforms including QuickBooks, Jet Reports, Crystal Reports, Command/Oracle, and Command Archive.• Built and deployed standardized Intune device image automating software provisioning and RMM tool installation across 300+ endpoints, replacing manual remote or on-site installs and ensuring consistent endpoint configuration across all plant locations.• Serve as Salesforce Lightning administrator for dispatch operations, managing user accounts, MFA enforcement, and AT & T Office at Hand integration enabling inbound call identification, customer order visibility, and project and order tracking for field and dispatch teams.• Applied RBAC and governance principles to ensure secure, compliant data access across hybrid infrastructure, designing access controls aligned to job role and least privilege standards.

I have resolved a $250K billing crisis, built compliance infrastructure for PHI/HIPAA-regulated environments, and engineered multi-source data pipelines that leadership actually uses to make decisions.I also built a full compliance SaaS platform from scratch, LLM-powered bot, automated GDPR/PCI/HIPAA infrastructure scanning, policy generation, and tiered payment access controls.
