   Blinkit, APM (Expansion Team)- Gurgaon June 2023 – PresentSuccessfully recruited, onboarded and trained 100+ employees across Tier 2 & 3 cities within a span of 4 months, driving the expansion team’s goals.Training and deployment efforts for 100+ employees across multiple cities, ensuring a seamless integration and strong operational readiness before city launch.Launched 20+ cities and 90+ stores across Kochi, Coimbatore, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Varanasi, Erode, Madurai, Thrissur, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Bubhneswar, Guwahati, Puri, Cuttack, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Thrissur, Tiruchilappalli, etc, overseeing the day to day operations.Prepared Last-mile rate cards and pre launch offers as per allocated budget.Launched 13 cities with >90% DH, 4 cities < 90% DH and 2 cities < 85% and also onboarded 130 delivery partners at 90 of the dark stores.
