Played a key role in reviewing and certifying Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), ensuring accuracy by validating quantities against BoQ, approved drawings, and technical specifications while upholding contractual compliance.• Successfully resolved contractual disputes by evaluating time and cost claims, assessing Extension of Time (EOT) requests, and negotiating variations under the FIDIC Pink Book (MDB Harmonized 2010). Advised on financial implications and risk mitigation, ensuring fair and contractually sound resolutions.• Identified and implemented value engineering opportunities, optimizing construction costs while maintaining technical and functional requirements.• Leveraged Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 to oversee cost tracking, monitor project progress, and ensure budgetary control, enabling real-time financial insights.• Prepared detailed cash flow projections, claim assessments, and financial reports, ensuring transparency and effective cost control throughout the project.• Engaged with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to address critical project challenges, align contractual obligations, and drive resolution strategies.
