I am currently a Junior Research Scientist at NYU Stern School of Business, where I analyze data to assess the socioeconomic impact of a program by Goldman Sachs aimed at advancing gender equity by educating female entrepreneurs. Before joining Stern, I earned an MA in International & Development Economics from Yale University and a BA in Mathematics & Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. My research interests focus on gender policy and economic development in India, particularly in designing and evaluating programs that incentivize women\'s participation in the workforce.
