My work entails leading virtual client visits and experiences from the APAC region, overseeing the production aspects and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders. Actively contributing to increasing the business in the APAC region by pitching, building, and retaining a formidable clientele. My work also involves delivering award-winning riveting videos, webcasts/town halls, and leadership connects. Being the single point of contact, overseeing a team by ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This includes proactively communicating with the stakeholders about their needs, expectations and feedback, and providing regular updates on project progress and status. Having gleaned an experience in dealing with external stakeholders including vendors, by estimating and managing project budgets, timelines and building scalable solutions. I have successfully delivered C-Suite level or external-facing projects, directing large-scale highly complex, off-site productions and leading visual RFPs from APAC that are crucial to our business. I have also been actively doing voice-overs for internal and external stakeholders, adding value and impact to the project. I have been contributing proactively to the relationship building within the larger team in the APAC region by training my peers, mentoring, guiding, and making way for others to grow up the ladder. Things that tremendously helped me in my professional and personal growth trajectory - treading the unchartered, leading with confidence, bringing new ideas and approaches to assignments, staying curious, proposing solutions over problems, staying positive, upskilling myself by participating in learning sessions for personal and business growth, and enhancing my skills and competencies.
