An avid learner and educationist experienced in program management with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization industry. Skilled in partner identification and onboarding, stakeholder management, operations, and program management. I have led Project SamShiksha in partnership with the Malala Fund, a Covid-19 initiative in the rural areas of the Thar desert. I have been associated with Urmul Trust in the capacity of a program manager and single-handedly led two major projects in Education. I have hands-on field experience as well as program-level experience. I have looked at the implementation and coordination of Project SamShiksha (Malala Fund) and Project Pragati (Educate Girls). For the last two years after working with both the traditional education project and the Ed-Tech project to fill the divide in society, I have had ample on-ground exposure of the education scenario.
