The system facilitates a detailed review process that includes evaluating customer-submitted questionnaires, verifying that all required Pharmacy Customer Data (PCD) has been collected, and applying a series of objective criteria to assess compliance. It also helps identify potential red flags, such as unusual order patterns or incomplete documentation, which may signal regulatory risks. As a developer on the CSMS team, I am responsible for maintaining and enhancing the application. My role includes fixing bugs, implementing new features, and ensuring that the system aligns with evolving compliance requirements and user needs. I collaborate closely with business analysts and QA teams to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant solutions that support Cardinal Health’s mission to prevent controlled substance misuse.
