Led a team of three lawyers, negotiating and closing over SOWs for the APAC region, advising & supporting internal stakeholders and accelerating revenue recognition. Executed 4 internal company projects including curating a playbook for reviewing SOWs, revamping acceptable data usage policies, drafting a template for Partnership Agreements and standardizing responses for RFP related queries by external stakeholders. Handled Pre-litigation matters asserting claims of indemnity for IP infringement and Data leak. Strategically managed projects involving developing AI governance policies in compliance with the EU AI Act, training AI models for Contract Review and successfully negotiated favorable contractual positions under AI licensing agreements.
