Responsible for end-to-end O2C Cycle-from Client\'s Contract & Project Setup tomaintenance and renewals•Review of MSA and SOW and based on that set up customer in system•To identify Billing methods to ensure timely Invoice generation in SAP•To keep track of WIP Activities and notify AR ageing on the project accounts•Being the first point of contact for the onshore project managers, Sales and Delivery team for any rectifications or changes to be made on Project level•To review proformas before they are sent out to Client•Review the weekly status reports to ensure the health of the accounts•Weekly sync call with the client team to communicate the status report on requestprocessing
