Act as the primary customer focal point for all quality-related issues, including escalations and resolution support.• Lead the review, risk assessment, and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and organizational changes.• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure alignment with customer requirements and regulatory standards.• Perform QMS gap analysis and oversee actions related to Quality Level Indicators (QLI) and EZDP.• Serve as the supplier focal point for addressing and resolving supplier quality issues.• Develop, review, and monitor audit plans (Layered Process Audits, internal audits, FOD & 5S audits) and act as auditee during customer and regulatory audits.• Ensure integration of quality requirements into new projects through APQP reviews, Quality Action Plans (QAPs), and quality assessments.• Track and review organizational KPIs, driving corrective actions and participating in Management Review Meetings (MRMs). • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including digitization projects and organizational efficiency improvements.• Manage budget preparation for quality-related activities and projects.• Conduct Corrective Action Verification (CAV) audits to ensure long-term effectiveness of quality improvements.• Review and validate quality council data to support strategic decision-making.• Participate in customer escalation calls and provide timely resolution strategies.• Drive a culture of quality through 5S practices, skill and stamp audits, and compliance with organizational quality standards.
