Project Leadership- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operation teams for initiating and implementing innovative digital and business transformation projects that improve the company’s competitiveness, productivity, profitability, and overall partner and customer satisfaction- Develop, review, and track the internal projects with senior management- Co-ordinate with all internal and external stakeholders engaged in project activities- Be accountable for the smooth planning, organizing, and implementation of the overall project from design inception to completion and ensure projects are delivered on time- Define key KPIs to be tracked by immediate superiors within projects and ensures proper close-out of all projects and prioritization for strategic projects- Support to develop, apply, and disseminate new technological knowledge and drive across the teams- Where directed, evaluate existing products, processes, and business as a whole and develop improved, transformed, and innovative products, and processes- Assist in building a culture of innovation and data-based decision-making in every company department- Manage and coordinate appropriate project update meetings as required with external Partner- Balance priorities, schedule, cost, and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery - As required manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers - Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you can perform safely in line with relevant internal Group policies and external regulatory requirementsMonitor adherence to policies and processes- Develop and contribute to implementing Operational policies and standards in line with overarching CIMET policies and guidelines- Ensure policies and standards are communicated at all levels and complied with at all times- Ensure all project tasks are updated in systems such as ASANA, Slack etc. across the project working group (internal and external)
