From building machines to building careers, my journey has been about harnessing Technology and maximising Human potential.I started my professional life as a Mechatronics Engineer in Manufacturing & Automation, where I developed a deep appreciation for systems, structure, and how different components work together to create impact. Over time, I realised that organisations mirror this very idea — they thrive when people, purpose, and processes are aligned. This realisation led me to transition into Human Resources, a field where I found meaning in shaping careers and organisations alike.To further strengthen this foundation, I pursued an MBA in Human Resources from IMT Ghaziabad, enabling me to blend technical thinking with business perspective and a strong people orientation. My experience at Larsen & Toubro Ltd played a significant role in refining my approach to hiring fresher talent, leading and scaling talent acquisition processes, and long-term workforce building.Now as I move forward, my focus lies in full cycle Talent Acquisition at Transbnk, identifying and hiring talent that drives growth, builds capability, and propels the organisation forward. I believe that the most impactful organisations are built when the right people are placed in the right roles at the right time.At the core, I believe the future of HR sits at the intersection of People, Technology, and Strategy and that belief continues to shape the way I think, work, and grow.
