End-to-End Data Solutions for Drug DevelopmentTransformed raw data, securely stored in S3 buckets, into actionable insights using AWS Glue for scalable ETL processes. I designed and orchestrated complex Glue Workflows to build robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the entire drug development lifecycle.To enable dynamic data processing and seamless integration with external systems, I leveraged AWS Lambda functions. These functions powered a FastAPI backend, containerized with Docker, and deployed on Amazon ECS using ECR. This architecture allowed the front-end dashboards, built with React, to efficiently query and visualize critical reports on drug development. Data for these dashboards was sourced from Amazon Redshift, providing comprehensive insights into clinical studies conducted across various countries, sites, and other key parameters.
