Welcome to my profile. I’m an early-career therapist who is trying out her hand at multiple things! Being a psychology graduate and research enthusiast, I have experimented with different roles in and around my field over the years, which made me finally start working on my (baby) venture ‘unSHRINKed’ with one of my friends (now work spouse). I have always been a firm believer that ‘individuals are inherently good, and capable of self-actualisation (reaching their full potential)’, and that is what we aim to achieve through unSHRINKed, Simply Put.help people become unSHRINKed versions of themselves!As for my therapeutic process, since I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, my approach to therapy is mainly eclectic, however, greatly rooted in Humanistic/Existential approach. Therapy with me is more of a human experience than anything else, it is a space that’s warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, WHERE one feels seen, heard, and safe to explore whatever they\'re carrying. I try to adopt an inclusive, queer-sensitive, and trauma-informed lens, taking into account every person\'s unique journeys. I personally believe it is high-time we made therapy feel more human and not just some human-extension of AI with pre-set responses!
