Ever had a moment that showed you a glimpse of what your future would be like?My serendipitious moment was when I held an iPod for the first time in my hands, at the age of 10. Neatly packaged and immaculately designed, it introduced to me the vast possibilities of engineering. My first break into assessing how much passionate was I in particular for Science occurred when I was 15 where my project idea was selected from District Level to State Level by Inspire Awards, Government of India.The quest continued when I chose to pursue Engineering as a career. The 4-year journey was a bumpy ride wherein I conquered some stops & learned from others.My technical skills were put to application mingled with my passion for all things technology on the various projects I worked for or the technical publications I put forward. As Operations Intern for United Nations RIO+24, my analytical and people skills were tested and eventually honed.Another Chapter : With great power comes great responsibility. I soon enough discovered my passion for extending the resources and tools to build a community that brings together all STEM aspirants. As the Vice-Chairperson of UCoE, I not only had the chance to experience what being a Global Citizen is, I shared the opportunity and the empowering feel to others as well. A deep sense of purpose led to the founding of Women In Engineering Affinity, the first ever Technical Chapter for all female undergrads in my institution. Moving ahead a step I also lay the foundation for the first ever Technical Newsmag, Coffee and Code under CESA for the entire department. Let\'s connect!
