TCS taught me systems. Real estate taught me scrappiness. And somewhere in between, I fell for the messy magic of marketing. At Gharkolkata, I led campaigns that sold homes, not just houses—through WhatsApp blasts, landing page tweaks, and neighborhood SEO before it was cool. Then came stints across events, ethical living startup, and even dermatology summits—where I ran 360° brand campaigns, set up automated email flows, and brought in influencers before most brands had budgets for them. When I joined the Asmita Group of Companies as a Brand Manager in late 2023, I thought I was stepping into a role. Turns out, I was stepping into a universe. From launching influencer, email marketing strategies, handling events and farmer’s markets, ad campaigns, and setting up ASANA workflows that brought order to chaos—my calendar went from color-coded to kaleidoscopic. Somewhere along the road, I was handed the reins of political marketing for a senior leader. While I never formally called myself a political strategist, I did lead the charge—content planning, crisis control, performance reports, community engagement—yes, all of it. Right now, I’m on maternity leave. My daughter was born in early 2025, and somewhere between sleepless nights and squishy snuggles, I managed to clear my AIBE exam. So yep—I\'m officially an Advocate now. It hasn’t been easy. But it’s been real. And surprisingly empowering. This pause? It’s not me stepping away. It’s me coming back to myself—slower, stronger, and surer. Still writing the rest of the story. Open to collabs, convos, and coconut laddoos.
