I am an experienced Microbiologist with a robust background in the Hospital and Healthcare industry. My expertise spans a wide range of microbiological techniques and advanced molecular biology procedures. I am proficient in Real-time PCR (qPCR) and Reverse Transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR), along with routine microbiological techniques such as sample processing, staining, culturing, and identification of microorganisms by studying morphological characteristics.Currently working at Aragen lifesciences Pvt Ltd, Cell and Protein Sciences dept (molecular biology), I have hands-on experience with cloning, transformation, recombination, restriction digestion, ligation, In-fusion cloning, DNA isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, gel elution, gradient PCR, conventional PCR, qPCR, competent cell preparation, glycerol stock, antiobiotic stock and buffer preparation, and the maintenance and handling of SF9 and HEK293F/293A cells.My areas of interest include Neuromicrobiology, particularly the role of GBA, the gut microbiome, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to contribute to advancements in these fields.
