About Shubhi Raj
Portfolio: working on Microsoft Foundry Agent Service that allows user to build enterprise ready agents with Foundry tools, Foundry Knowledge and frameworks. Previously I drove Microsoft’s Models as a Service initiative to bring model collections from Meta, Mistral AI, Cohere etc through serverless hosting to the users to cater to their Generative AI requirements! Previously worked on Data as well as bringing RAG and vector indexing to you via the Azure AI have in-depth Software Development experience working in some of the most contrasting industries and varying company sizes. Gained perspective of implementation architecture, how business affects tech decisions, and gathered loads of technical skills on the way. My major learning - the importance of taking ownership of ideas and leading them to execution. My leadership skill development started with my tenure as the CTO and Software Lead at one of the University Clubs; along with taking the responsibility of being the Software Engineering Society Representative for my batch. Meeting new people with ideas all aimed at team growth, yet so unique always amazed me! A Dean\'s List recipient, I have several non-academic involvement achievements. I am a regular to hackathons (Hack the North, Hack Princeton etc) and I also recently attended the Google Technical Challenge (Google Games). Activities like these keep me in touch with new technologies.The ML/AI development has gotten me hooked and I have been working my way through them recently.Inquisitive and constantly looking to develop my skills and grow professionally; a critical thinker who also loves to write poems!Living in different countries has given me a unique perspective on life, people, the way they make decisions and respect for diversity.
