   Delivered Zoox Payments and enabled Zoox to collect our first revenue from customer. Due to size and complexity, multiple teams had been working on payments since 2018, I delivered the MVP, with a real E2E transaction in 15 Apps used by internal and external customers to control the Robot. Maestro has 4 Sub squads, 40+ engineers, 4 PMs and 2 EMs Created a process to derive MVP for Zoox milestones, from Service Capabilities. I had to manage work across 30 PMs, 6 TPMs, and 170 Service Capabilities. It helped clarify features to be built by >100 engineers across Zoox and leadership to redefine our public launch Led multiple operational efficiency initiatives which increased engineering team productivity by ~ 30%, reduced ~ 300 Dev weeks of effort etc.
