I build the backend data and API infrastructure that powers Samsara’s Entity Metadata Registry (EMR) — the central catalog teams use to declare business objects (Drivers, Vehicles, Sensors) and automatically get APIs, reporting, public APIs, connectivity, and CSV tools on top of them. These platforms power products used by companies.I lead a Bangalore-based platform team focused on EMR, a unified TimeSeries Public API, and an EMR-backed CSV workflow engine. Recently I consolidated five fragmented importers into a single CSV engine with real-time validation and inline error correction (now live across 3 regions and powering enterprise onboarding). I also helped deliver a unified TimeSeries Public API that replaces multiple product-specific telemetry endpoints with a single discover / snapshot / historical surface.Before Samsara, I led the team at Rocketium that built Creative Analytics from zero to $500k+ ARR, onboarding brands like Schneider, Rappi, and Zenni. We shipped ad-platform connectors (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok), built PySpark + AWS Glue ETL pipelines that scaled 100x over legacy systems, and enabled 15M+ personalized ads for a major food-delivery platform.Earlier: cybersecurity platforms at Lucideus, Freshdesk at Freshworks, research engineering at TCS.Tech: Go, Python, TypeScript, gRPC, GraphQL, AWS, Terraform.Outside work: Gaming, Travel, Photography, and the occasional philosophical rabbit hole.
