Helped build a cross org team and owned all the LearnLM model training. Started the Project Astra Tutor initiative and got over 100 people across orgs to work together in a focused manner to deliver the project in a span of ~4 months that was demoed at multiple I/O events* Note: As of Jun 2025 I am now part of the AGI Alignment team at DeepMind.* My current research focuses on developing new RL algorithms for reasoning on multimodal data (images, audio)*[Jan 2023] Joined DeepMind before it merged with Google Brain.
