Execute pipe stress analysis and structural supports for pharma and bio pharma projects. Execute Stress analysis for piping configuration based on ASME Code, Company standards and local laws. Execute Preliminary stress for projects related to Bio-Pharma, semiconductor and Petroleum industries. Understand Client Expectations and scope of work for any particular project. Get involved in any technical discussions with the clients and the vendor to work ahead with an optimal design. Study and recommend standards for various types of supporting philosophy as per agreements between design and construction. Study and recommend viable solutions for various small cap projects having design issues. Coordinate with other groups for issues related to piping specification and recommend changes to the client in the project for execution. Co-ordinate with civil/structural group to issue loads for the design of structures. Submit Preliminary Loads to civil/structural during the preliminary conditions of the project. Checking for issued for construction drawings and isometrics for projects and provides suitable corrections as and when required. Study and resolve any issues regarding Pipe stress analysis connected to pumps, heat exchangers, Filters, air fin coolers, Pressure safety devices, Boilers and various other fabricated equipment’s. Execute small bore lines analysis conforming to Jacobs’s standards and relevant piping codes. Have proficiency is using Smart Plant Review and Navisworks programs to help in designers with piping related issues. Have proficiency in using Nozzle pro all modules to evaluate Nozzle loads on fabricated equipment’s, checking trunnions.
