Ensure billing accuracy in line with engagement terms, while managing bill cancellations and reissues when necessary to maintain financial integrity. Consistently maintain 98% of standard quality while processing bills.2. Engagement Financial Management & Process Optimization:Oversee the financial lifecycle of engagements, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) maintenance, LTD adjustments, project closeouts, and managing discount rate changes. Appropriately approach or take Service Line Leader (SLL) approval before proceeding with any LTD or discount rate changes if the impact exceeds the defined threshold. Collaborate closely with billing coordinators and onshore engagement teams to identify and resolve process gaps, ensuring that procedures are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with firm-wide standards.3. WIP Clearance, Time, Expense & Accrual Adjustments:Manage specific WIP clearance activities after bills are prepared, ensuring that all WIP balances are cleared accurately and promptly. Handle daily processing of time entries, expense allocations, accruals, and credit transfers between engagement codes. Ensure all financial adjustments are properly documented and comply with Deloitte’s internal controls and audit standards. Work closely with finance teams to ensure seamless alignment of these activities with engagement financials.4. Use of Financial Tools & Service Platforms:Use SAP HANA for billing, reporting, and engagement tracking, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Work on invoicing portals including SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, and Billingpoint. Handle finance-related tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring resolution within a 24-hour TAT.
