My fascination with the digital world started early. As a child, I loved sketching, drawing and creating craft projects. During my teenage years, this curiosity grew into designing and coding websites, experimenting with front-end programming and creating vector graphics. My real journey into design began when I joined first company whose product had a legacy user interface - slow page loads, unclear layouts and confusing navigation that frustrated users. Since the platform was a low-code / no-code product, there was a great opportunity to shape and improve it. I had already worked with the company for over five years in a technical role, so I understood how clients used the product and where they struggled the most.I took on the challenge of redesigning the platform using real user insights and an iterative design approach. Through user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping, we improved the overall workflow, performance, and accessibility. The result was a cleaner, faster, and more user-friendly experience that increased satisfaction and delivered measurable business results.This experience shaped my belief in Design Thinking and User-Centered Design. It taught me how thoughtful design can solve complex problems and drive measurable outcomes. Over time, I transitioned from an individual contributor to leading design teams and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, product and business.Today, as a Lead UX/UI Designer at a cloud service provider, I’m focused on building a modern cloud platform that combines functionality, scalability, and accessibility.
