In my current role at IPE Global Limited, I support strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business development initiatives within the Climate Change and Sustainability Practice.I am a results-driven development professional with experience in disaster risk management (DRM), climate change adaptation and mitigation (CCA), and water resources. Previously at RMSI Pvt. Ltd, I led end-to-end bid management for the Sustainability Division, working with government bodies, multilateral agencies (World Bank, ADB, UNDP), and private sector stakeholders. I focused on developing strategic, high-quality proposals aligned with client priorities and sustainability goals.From opportunity tracking and RFP/EOI analysis to technical proposal development and consortium building, I managed the full bid lifecycle. I represented the organization in pre-bid meetings and contributed to securing projects across South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, strengthening institutional positioning in climate resilience and sustainability.Earlier, as a Program Associate at Doers NGO, I supported DRR and CCA initiatives through project coordination, government workshops, and thematic research. As a Research Intern at RRSC-North, NRSC, ISRO, I worked on glacial lake change analysis using GIS.I hold an M.Sc. in Disaster Management and Climate Sustainability Studies from Jamia Millia Islamia. My expertise includes risk assessment, GIS-based analysis, research methods, and proposal strategy. Passionate about climate resilience and sustainable development, I focus on leveraging partnerships and strategic engagement to advance impact-driven solutions.
