Birdeye is the leading marketing technology platform used for multi-location businesses for their reputation management needs which includes reviews solicitation, campaigns, referrals, social media management, payments, appointments etc.Utilized cutting-edge technologies and implemented top-tier design patterns across a diverse range of integrations, including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven systems, SFTP, Bulk Upload, and authorization protocols such as Basic, OAuth 2.0, and more.Conceptualized and constructed scalable, fault-tolerant, and reusable solutions meticulously optimized for peak performance.Proficiently utilized an array of technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Quartz, Redis, and Aerospike NoSQL MDC and ThreadLocal aware custom thread pool is used for distributed logging and tracing. ELK stack and Kibana(Elastic Search) is being used for data visualisation along with powerful SL4J based json loggers. Worked on a generic retry engine that used Redis cache and Aerospike for processing delay exponentially and publishing the kafka message to be processed again.Led the CRM Integration initiative, spearheading the design and development of native APIs and webhook-based two-way sync integrations with diverse third-party CRMs such as Hubspot, Zapier, Zoho, Cliniko, Sycle, DrChrono, EagleSoftware, RealPage, and others. These integrations facilitated seamless syncing of business-specific data to and from Birdeye, catering to a spectrum of marketing use cases.Performs unit test plans with Mockito Framework to ensure all code changes meet requirements specifications.Took an active role in technical reviews and meetings, contributing to the refinement and refactoring of software. Ensured the upkeep of code quality,organizational standards, and system performance through collaborative efforts.
