About Shubham Tekade

I am a civil engineer with a bachelor\'s degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and AISSMS College of Engineering. I am currently pursuing my MBA in Advance Construction Management from NICMAR University, one of the leading institutes in the field of construction management and research. I am also working as a Leasing Intern at Horizon Industrial Parks, where I assist in marketing and leasing of industrial and commercial spaces in various locations.Before joining Horizon Industrial Parks, I worked as a Procurement Engineer at Goel Ganga Corporation, a reputed real estate developer in Pune. There, I was responsible for sourcing and procuring construction material and equipment for two township projects in Bavdhan and Undri. I also negotiated contracts, managed supplier relationships, and provided cost-effective solutions to meet the project requirements. I have developed strong skills in project coordination, communication, and procurement, and I am eager to learn more and grow in this domain. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative infrastructure that enhances the quality of life and environment. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked on different types of projects and in different roles.
