A significant part of my responsibilities involves, providing level-3 technical support, assisting users via phone, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams with tasks like configuring management profiles, setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), remote device unlocking, and troubleshooting issues such as compliance policy breaches in Intune. I also handle escalated cases from the service desk, particularly those involving complex incidents, and manage device-related requests via ServiceNow. Additionally, I play a role in telecom support, including managing eSIM activations, hotspot plans, and voicemail issues across major providers like Verizon, AT & T, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. I also facilitate the ordering of devices through Coupa, ensuring smooth telecom operations for our end users.
