ABOUT SHUBHAM UPRETI

As an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, Shubham applies his market research, data analysis, and problem solving skills to provide strategic insights and solutions to clients across various sectors. He joined L.E.K. in December 2022, after working as an Associate in the Risk Advisory and Investigations practice at FTI Consulting for over a year. At FTI, he facilitated due diligence for M & As, JVs, and cross-border transactions, and conducted investigative research and financial analysis for multiple engagements involving forensic, fraud, anti-bribery, sanctions, and asset tracing cases.Shubham is a certified financial modeler and a commerce graduate from University of Delhi. He was the school topper in accountancy and a national gold medalist in basketball. He has demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills in various roles and positions, such as the Vice President of Finance and Investment Society, the Senior Coordinator of The Placement Cell, and the Sports President of University of Delhi. He has also won several case study and mock-stock competitions, and has a passion for learning Spanish and reading science fiction and Greek mythology novels. Shubham is driven by his curiosity, creativity, and analytical thinking, and aims to grow and prosper in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
