I’m a Strategy & Digital Transformation professional with 2+ years of experience working across GovTech, urban innovation, ERP modernization, and AI-driven systems. Over the last few years, I’ve been part of some truly large and exciting digital programs - from the AI CoE for Sustainable Cities at IIT Kanpur under Ministry of Education to the Maha Kumbh 2025 digital and mobility platform, supporting city-scale operations and helping improve data-driven decision-making for millions of users.At EY, I worked on the full rollout of the Maha Kumbh platform, integrated GIS-based navigation with Google Maps, analyzed a 10K Cr+ crore projects portfolio, and built decision frameworks used by senior government teams. I also helped streamline workflows and improve reporting structures through automation and analytics.At IIT Kanpur’s AI Centre of Excellence, I’m involved in ERPNext implementation, business modeling, and AI-led urban pilots - working closely with municipal bodies and contributing to MoUs that support city-level adoption of AI.Across roles, I enjoy bringing analytics (Power BI, SQL, Python), decision modeling, and process redesign together to make systems clearer, faster, and more effective. I like taking messy, complex problems and turning them into structured insights and simple decisions.Currently deepening my skills in applied statistics and decision analytics to strengthen my foundation for data-driven strategy roles.Always learning, always building, always curious :)
