As a Functional Head (Supply Chain Analytics) at Trident Group, I oversee the procurement of machinery, spares, and packaging material, as well as the optimization of inventory levels, cost reduction, and operational efficiency of the cotton warehouse. I have successfully negotiated contracts, prices, and timelines with both domestic and import suppliers, ensuring quality standards and delivery time. I have also directed the development and implementation of key procurement strategies and contingency plans, aligned with organizational objectives.Prior to joining Trident Group India, I gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working as a Supply Chain Analyst at Optimus Pharma. There, I managed end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products. I implemented robust quality control processes and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. I also worked on an internal project to improve procurement systems and processes, using data analytics and lean Six Sigma tools. I hold an MBA degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where I acquired strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. I also have multiple certifications in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I am proficient in using Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis and visualization.I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
