I own the roadmap, architecture, hiring, and engineering culture across multiple teams — staying close enough to the data and application layer to make decisions that actually hold up in production.What I\'ve built: AI-powered products, analytics applications that drive real business decisions, and the data platforms that make both possible.    Leading the engineering team building the Pyxis data analytics and AI platform for Bain. I own the end-to-end delivery and architecture for core products, including our AI solutions- Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle – from scoping and design to development, testing, deployment, and operations – ensuring reliable, production-ready releases- Own architecture and technical direction for the platform, including AI products, AI agents and MCP server integrations, defining standards, patterns and best practices for the team- Drive design and implementation of scalable, data-heavy and AI-powered features that align with business goals and product roadmap- Continuously evaluate new technologies, AI capabilities and tooling to evolve our stack and keep the platform performant, secure and competitive.
