I’m Shubham Sharma from Una, Himachal Pradesh.I am a passionate storyteller and performer with a expereince for communication, customer interaction, and public speaking. My journey began on stage in Class 3, and since then, I\'ve myself in the world of theatre and performance for over 9 years. From school plays to college Nukkad Nataks, and even performing the Ramayan with colleagues during my stint at Teleperformance, storytelling has always been at the core of who I am.I completed my schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya Subathu, and pursued graduation from Chandigarh University in BBA, where I not only studied but also actively participated in debate competitions and co-managed EUBM (Entrepreneurship and Business Management Fest)—a university-level event that enhanced my leadership skills.Professionally, I worked 10 months as customer service executive at Teleperformance, handling customers for the Norton antivirus process. During this time, I was honored as Employee of the Month, a recognition of my dedication to customer satisfaction, quick problem-solving, and strong communication. This experience helped me build a customer-first mindset while working in a team-oriented environment.Currently, I started my new chapter of life at Shoolini University—a place I visualized with excitement. With a fearless approach to public speaking and a constant zeal to learn, I’m now working on upskilling myself in communication, creative expression, and leadership to make this journey both amazing and meaningful.
