Design and development of plastic injection mould tools using 3D CAD software such as Creo Direct Modeling 20.1. Conducting design reviews to ensure that the design meets the customer\'s specifications, engineering standards, and industry practices. Creating and updating detailed engineering documentation, including technical drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of materials. Design and selection of mould components, including hot runner systems, cooling systems, ejector systems, and other auxiliary components. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical and design issues and ensure project deadlines are met. Maintaining and updating design records in TeamCenter, ensuring that all design changes are accurately documented and tracked. Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met. Analysis of mould designs using simulation software to optimize mould performance, reduce cycle time, and minimize defects. Troubleshooting mould design issues, including design-related problems during the mould building and validation process.
