ABOUT SHUBHAM SHARMA

3 years of working experience in NIMHANS Institute which is an Institute of National importance has developed my understanding of therapy and drew my attention to the evidence based Yoga therapy. Evidence based studies and clinical experience helps me to give better results. Association in the various studies at NIMHANS center of Yoga(NICY) elevated the understanding and usage of scientific approach in clinical sessions. Published nearly 3 papers as a main author on utility of Yoga and internet addiction, opioid dependence and alcohol dependence. Shared authorship in 7 published papers as a corresponding author. Involved in many presentations on Yoga, which were the routine academics session at NICY. Were specialized in taking yoga session for psychiatric conditions like, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, OCD and Addiction. During pandemic almost for 1.5 years conducted online tele-yoga session for children aged 5-15 years. Management of yoga session for all the batches was a great responsibility given by head of the department. During the termination of my contract which was 3 years had conducted workshop for the management of internet addiction through Yoga therapy. Now, working as a freelancer for more understanding of evidence based Yoga therapy on individual clients and needed ones.
