Key Responsibilities:Leading end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, ensuring timely creation, confirmation, delivery, and closure in alignment with business requirements.Driving procurement performance through continuous monitoring and improvement of key KPIs such as PO confirmation rates, past-due delivery follow-ups, late supplier comments, SOTTR (Supplier On-Time to Request), and SOTTP (Supplier On-Time to Promise).Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (planning, finance, operations) and external suppliers to ensure seamless procurement processes.Proactively managing supplier invoice discrepancies and resolutions to ensure timely payments and avoid disruptions in the supply chain.Collaborating closely with the planning team to adjust material schedules (push/pull strategy) for effective inventory control and demand alignment.Managing resolution of complaints related to incorrectly delivered or damaged materials to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.Accountable for the procurement of both direct raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supply continuity.Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives by working in tandem with the strategy team on supplier negotiations and contract creation.Ensuring data integrity and process compliance through accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the SAP system and vendor master data.Continuously identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives and process optimization opportunities to drive procurement excellence.
