About Shubham Sarkar
I’ve always believed that the best ideas come from connecting what you already know with what you’re curious about. My background has been in supply chain and operations leading global projects, optimizing logistics, and driving process improvements that made real business impact. At AUO Mobility Solutions, I helped launch Stellantis’ Smart Car project, aligning international teams and delivering results beyond targets. Those experiences shaped how I think about efficiency, collaboration, and execution.Somewhere along the way, I got deeply curious about how technology could take this further. My wife works in AI, and over countless late-night conversations, I found myself drawn into her world of models, prompts, and intelligent systems. Watching her build real-world GenAI applications made me realize how powerful AI can be when paired with strong operational insight, It inspired me to try my hand at it too!That curiosity eventually brought me to IIM Kozhikode, where I’m pursuing my MBA in Business Leadership. Here, I’m combining what I’ve learned in supply chain management with new perspectives in strategy, finance, and consulting. As part of the Business Circle, I get to organize case competitions, leadership simulations, and innovation challenges, continuing to learn, collaborate, and explore how technology, especially AI, can make businesses more agile, data-driven, and impactful.
