I\'m currently working with Alexa Sensitive Content Intelligence org in Amazon Bengaluru, India owning the charter for Unified Feedback Intelligence and Data annotations platform for Alexa+, as a Software Development Manager, managing a team of SDEs and QAEs.Previously, I have worked with Project Nazare team in Amazon Bengaluru, India as a Software Development Manager in a start-up mode to build a green field product to manage end-to-end life cycle for construction projects world wide involving billions of dollars.I have also worked as a Software Development Manager and as a Senior Software Engineer (SDE-3) in Amazon Alexa Health & Wellness team in Seattle USA, working to develop HIPAA compliant systems, to enable HIPAA compliant skills to work with Alexa. Closely worked with Amazon Pharmacy and Alexa shopping organizations, whilst managing and leading a team of SDEs, to develop a brand new experience for Amazon pharmacy customers, to refill their medications on Alexa and get proactive notifications, when they are due for refill.Prior to working in Alexa org, I worked for three years in Consumer Electronics organization of Amazon Retail in Seattle and Bengaluru, to develop products related to Private Labels and Payments.I have completed my Bachelor\'s in Computer Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani University, India, with distinction. My college project work was focused on the concepts of Data Mining, Information Retrieval and Natural Language Understanding.

   Trust Sensitive Content and Feedback Intelligence : Working on Responsible GenAI features to ensure sensitive content is screened before being rendered to customers. Also, owning charter for customer feedback collection, processing and triaging, to overall improve GenAI experience for Alexa+ launch. Leading a team of 12 engineers as an Engineering Manager.• Project Nazaré : Working in a start-up mode in Amazon Bengaluru India, as a SDM to manage and lead a team of 6 engineers to build a green field product to manage end-to-end life cycle for construction projects world wide involving billions of dollars!• Alexa Health and Wellness : Worked as a Software Development Manager (SDM) on the Alexa Health and Wellness team in Seattle USA, to manage and lead a team of 6 engineers, to launch Amazon Pharmacy experience on Alexa. This was a cross org initiative between Amazon Pharmacy, Alexa Shopping and Alexa Health, to introduce a brand new customer experience for Amazon pharmacy customers on Alexa devices to allow them to refill their prescriptions and get a reminder when a refill is due.
